My preference, in coasters, is to make them a double thickness. I HATE it when the moisture from a glass or bottle, or the heat from a cup, saps through a coaster.

These are beautiful. I have tried the African Flower pattern but don't really like it. That's just my opinion. I think there are some beautiful African Flowers being made by everyone else.
